To ensure that I can offer the best possible service to my clients, I will not allow any clients’ late arrival to affect another clients appointment time.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I may not be able to complete all of your services scheduled for the day.

If you have multiple services booked, you can choose to eliminate part of a service. However, the £20 cancellation policy will be in effect for the missed services.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to complete your appointment and the cancellation fee will apply.

This policy ensures that I always have enough time to give my clients the best service possible and to ensure everyone’s appointment runs on time.
